I employ a "throughout the week" picture ad strategy which ensures maximum possible exposure for your property while setting it apart from the overwhelming crowd in the weekend real estate reviews. You can expect to see your home advertised in both local newspapers.
A flexible commission rate structure is available depending both on the property and circumstances involved.
