Negotiating the best possible terms and conditions. Every aspect of your purchase will be considered. Starting with price, you will be provided all available information about a particular property as well as trends and history in a given neighbourhood. But it doesn't stop there. Dates, inclusions, conditions and many other factors enter into getting the best possible deal. I will guide you through all of those items. But, as always, my job is to provide complete information and respect the decision that you, the buyer, makes.
