I guarantee that you will be given full opportunity to check out any and all available  properties and won't have that one perfect property slip by. Additionally, you will get the benefit of my many years experience in terms of what you should be looking for in any potential property that interests you. This sometimes means steering you away from a property with some potential problems. If you wonder if that really ever happens; please refer to the testimonial section of this website.

 

  • Availability is very important; especially in the very active market conditions of the last few years. I am a full-time realtor and take my professional obligations very seriously. If you are only available to view a property in the evening or on weekends; then that is when we'll see it-guaranteed!

 

  • Negotiating the best possible terms and conditions. Every aspect of your purchase will be considered. Starting with price, you will be provided all available information about a particular property as well as trends and history in a given neighbourhood. But it doesn't stop there. Dates, inclusions, conditions and many other factors enter into getting the best possible deal. I will guide you through all of those items. But, as always, my job is to provide complete information and respect the decision that you, the buyer, makes.

 

  • Follow up is incredibly important in real estate transactions. Because the dollar volumes involved are quite high, you really can't afford to deal with a realtor learning as he goes. I guarantee that you will receive fair and unbiased advice about home inspections,insurance, and conveyancing, as well as any unique issues that may apply to your circumstances.
